The man who built NexGen from a vision and desire to help others find success. Jason is a born and raised native of Nashville TN and is married with two children. He has a Passion for Technology, Mentoring, Coaching, Music and takes tremendous pride in being the Owner/CEO of NexGen while leading the best team in the Business. You can occasionally catch him out on the Lake with Family and Friends or enjoying a Soccer or Baseball game with his Kids. Jason and his family are big fans of the Nashville Soccer Club and frequent many games with guest on the Field. Some people close to him might say he has an Elephants memory.

Melissa comes from the small town of Carthage in middle TN where she met her high school sweetheart and now husband, Joe. She loves to laugh and tries to find joy in the little things –Taco Tuesdays, a well-timed rain shower, a sunny day on the lake, The Office reruns, and tickle fights and movie nights with her husband and their daughter, Adalyne June (aka AJ). She is a results driven individual with a competitive nature - whether that be in a game of Uno with the family or in getting results for her clients. As our VP of Client Success, Melissa excels by working for each client’s business as if it were her own company.

As Director of Operations, Tara is responsible for the smooth running of all business operations. The wizard behind the curtain if you will. Tara makes sure everyone has what they need to efficiently do their jobs.

At home Tara is a single mother of three kids. She homeschools all three and would give anything for a magic wand to assist in doing it all!

An Illinois native with roots in Kentucky and now Tennessee, Heather enjoys spending time with her kids surrounded by family and friends. Heather values strong relationships in her personal and professional lives and strives to make an impact on everyone she knows. Heather has a 14-year career in television news production and now, as Client Success Manager, and the newest member of the NexGen team, Heather is building new relationships in the technology world and is excited to get to know each client and help each business succeed every day.

Chad is a native Tennessean and proud to call Gallatin, TN home. He is married to his wife Haley. They have two children, Baylor and Emma.

Chad has nearly 20 years of experience developing business partnerships, executing company strategies and helping companies increase efficiencies. Chad is passionate about finding new and innovative ways to help businesses achieve their goals using technology. When not working you can find him watching Baylor play baseball or Emma at a dance competition. Chad is also an avid waterfowl hunter and enjoys time at “duck camp” with close friends

Jini brings with her years of experience building trust with clients, knowing their needs and charting paths for successful implementations. She enjoys building strong successful relationships with clients to ensure great partnerships.

Minnesota born but She has lived in Middle Tennessee for most of her life. Jini graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and has a background in business administration and program management.

Jini assists team NexGen to create efficiencies and processes that continue to pave a way for the team’s future successes. She looks forward to stepping into new client relationships in her role as the Director of Client Success.

Outside of work, Jini enjoys spending time with her 3 amazing kids, running, and reading.

Matthew has been working in IT for over 15 years. In that time, he has supported a variety of environments including financial, medical, legal, manufacturing, and even a pizza crust factory. He graduated from Carroll University with a degree in Internet Software Development in 2009. He considers himself a people person who is detail-oriented, learns quickly, and enjoys problem-solving. He understands the importance of staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies, while prioritizing business efficiency and utilizing proper protocols and procedures.

When not working, he enjoys traveling internationally, concerts, stand-up comedy, cooking, and outdoor activities- especially hiking or whitewater rafting. Matthew is originally from Wisconsin (Go Packers!). He moved to Nashville in 2019 and joined the Home Church community, where he met his wife, Erika.
